We have different work times! You may check the slots available as well as your project timeline (refer to the code number provided) in the Availability Calendar. Please do understand if the timeline gets moved because of circumstances, we'll let you know ahead except for emergencies.
Terms of Service
• PAYMENT TERMS: 50% To Begin, 50% After the product is complete. Watermarks will be added if the latter half is unpaid.
• REVISION TERMS: Inclusive of 2 MINOR Revisions. More than that, USD 10+/hour of work depending on the project. Major Revisions rates are to be discussed depending on the project.
• SUBMISSION TERMS: All estimate delivery time depends on availability of slots. Please check "Availability Calendar" Notion Page located at the footer. Expedite fees will be added if you want the product before the discussed estimated delivery time. Your order will have a number that you can then check in the Queue/Availability Calendar
• Please do not make us work with copyrighted material that you do not own. We have the right to refuse the project if these problems arise. We have a license for commercial use of some stock assets, but only for creative use and not for redistribution.
• NO AI / NFT / NSFW.
• No exposure offers please, everyone pays bills.
• Storyboards are only included in animations for projects with less than 10 seconds. Otherwise a Storyboard Add-on should be availed if no provided storyboards.
• We are not accepting Frame-by-frame or manually drawn animation for now, with the exception of minimal Pixel Art animation. Most of the work involved are photo manipulation, vector design and After Effects compositing plug-ins.
